Please allow 5 days to process the order prior to arrival date. We post the balloons out the day before they are required.

All balloons are posted out by and next day delivery signed for. It is not our responsibility for the balloons once they leave us.  We correctly package the balloons and label them, we have to trust that the companies we use treat the products with the same care.  We cannot guarentee times for delivery but they tend to be by 1pm.  If your rececipent is not in and they miss the balloon, they will need to arrange a time to get the balloon asap from the company who delivered it, be it courier, post office etc. If you require a weekend delivery we would advise the balloon arrives on the Friday or additional costs will need to be made for Saturday delivery.  Please contact us to arrange this.
